How it works

Hi and thank you for stopping by at our website. We are so excited to be a part of your wedding. We collect the most popular color pallet in one place for your convenience, where you can pick personal flowers, cocktail arrangements, table arrangements, etc. After you find all items that you are looking for just put them into card and proceed to the checkout page. Simply! Right? At the checkout page we will ask you to fill out date, delivery address and a special instruction if you have any in mind. All set, minus one huge think out of your wedding bucket list 😊 We will contact you with any questions. And keep in mind, you can always contact us if you any questions, ideas or special instructions.

Delivery & Pick Up

After you got your cart all set up, it will ask you for a delivery date, we would highly recommend to put delivery date same as the date of the event to keep flowers at there best quality.  We deliver anywhere in Tri-County area, our delivery fee varies from $50-$100 depends on order total amount, also you can also pick up your order at our store location, free of charge without any handling fees. If you want, for example, deliver personal flowers to the hotel and table arrangements to the venue, it will incur additional fees. We do not ship outside of Tri-County.

Customization, Installation & Breakdown

Unfortunately, we do not offer any customization options at our a la carte website. If you are looking for full-service wedding floristry which includes mood board, mock-up arrangement, personal meetings, installation, breakdown, rent, etc. please visit our custom wedding website knkweddings.com.

Our delivery drivers are not responsible for any unpacking, setting up or breaking down of any arrangements from a la carte, please keep that in mind and plan ahead who will be to take care of it after delivery will be made.

Cancellations, Refunds and Additions

All orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to the event day. If you want to cancel your order for any reason you may do so 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. If you want to cancel you order after that time, we will do our best to refund as much as we can but cannot guarantee (because by that time all flower orders had been placed and it’s very hard to cancel it). All additions for your order should be placed no later then 1 week to the event date.

Important Details & Terms

We are working with a nature product, that is subject to weather conditions and availability that’s why we reserve right to make substitution if necessary. But K&K Weddings will do their best to make exact same looking of arrangement as pictured. K&K Weddings is/are not responsible for flower condition after they been delivered. Our goal is to make sure that the arrangements and flowers are at their best shape and quality before delivery.
